This fountain is crafted of resin with a dark grey finish. It includes an on/off switch and river stones. In all of our water fountains, a standard 110v outlet is required for the quiet, long-lasting, powerful, adjustable-flow water pump that is included. All of our water fountains are re-circulating and do not need an outside water source.
